Inflight Base Supervisor - GRR

📋 Description

• Inflight operations for assigned crew domicile(s) and base.
• Lead and manage Flight Attendants; coach and develop performance.
• Conduct observation flights, ramp checks, and review metrics.
• Handle fact-finding, grievances, hiring/terminations, conflicts.
• Manage day-to-day operations; respond to irregular operations.
• Promote safety and ensure regulatory/Company standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Associate's Degree or related field
• 1+ year flight attendant experience
• 2+ years people management
• 1+ year union environment
• FAR knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Must pass Allegiant Flight Attendant Training and maintain currency
