Coach Flight Attendants to meet performance expectations.
Conduct observation flights, ramp checks, and reviews of customer metrics.
Handle fact-finding, grievance meetings, hiring/terminations, and conflict resolution.
Respond to irregular operations to ensure on-time performance.
Promote safety, regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate employment records.

🎯 Requirements

Associate's Degree
1 year flight attendant experience
2 years people management experience
1 year union environment experience
FARs knowledge
Passport and driver's license valid
