📋 Description

• Represent Anthropic's technical vision to the insurance industry via talks, briefings, and whitepapers.
• Lead executive technical sponsorship for strategic accounts with CIOs/CTOs and insurers.
• Translate customer needs into product priorities; drive governance, explainability, audit logging, and compliance features.
• Contribute to pricing and packaging with insurance market insights.
• Train GTM teams on insurance domain; create enablement content; act as internal insurance authority.
• Develop AI governance thought leadership aligned with regulations and model risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years in technology and/or business roles with at least 8 years in senior leadership in insurance.
• Deep domain expertise across P&C, Life & Annuities, or Reinsurance with hands-on systems experience.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, including LLMs; credible on architecture and system design.
• Established executive networks across insurance leadership; credible as a thought leader.
• Deep knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements (state regs, NAIC, Solvency II, Lloyd's).
• Skilled at translating complex tech into business value; effective with Product/Engineering teams.
