🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in digital advertising, media sales, platform sales, or related client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying revenue growth.
  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience (formal or informal).
  • Ability to coach sellers and ensure consistent execution against defined goals.
  • Working knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and CRM.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with clients and internal partners.
