π― Requirements
- Experience in digital advertising, media sales, platform sales, or related client-facing role.
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying revenue growth.
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience (formal or informal).
- Ability to coach sellers and ensure consistent execution against defined goals.
- Working knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and CRM.
- Strong communication and collaboration with clients and internal partners.
