  • 2+ years people management or leading pods.
  • Proven revenue target attainment with multi-million-dollar books in omnichannel categories.
  • Experience running executive-level client/agency meetings with VP/C-suite.
  • Strong strategic/quantitative skills to turn data into strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
