🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in industry events/field marketing/experiential B2B with results
  • Experience owning significant event budgets, vendor relationships, and sponsorship lifecycles
  • Executive programs, high-touch activations, and measuring event-sourced/influenced pipeline
  • Exceptionally organized; adept at complexity/ambiguity; sets annual strategy; solves on-site
  • Strong communicator aligning senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • AI Fluency β€” demonstrate relationship with AI tools and ability to discuss AI impact
