  • Drive commercial success of learning and enablement across 3-5 enterprise accounts in the Americas.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to position learning as a lever for adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Translate customer goals into tailored enablement programs to accelerate transformation and ROI.
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle of training programs from discovery through post-program analysis.
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify skill gaps and blockers using data to guide strategy.
  • Orchestrate blended learning experiences (virtual, classroom, and on-demand) that drive outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales or technical enablement, customer success operations, or project management.
  • Proven track record selling and implementing learning solutions in enterprise accounts (software/cloud).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise landscape and industry verticals driving engagement and adoption.
  • Strong program management, enablement strategy, and learning & development design.
  • Ability to influence executives and secure buy-in for training as a digital ROI lever.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and relationship skills.
