Serve as workplace/technical expert through the deal cycle.
Ensure solutions are compelling, scalable, and financially viable.
Bridge design, construction, and project execution.
Hybrid role based in NYC, Chicago, Atlanta, Austin, or DC.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years experience in program or project management.
3+ years overseeing construction/buildout from programming to close-out.
Design/construction methods, MEP, cost estimation, and financials.
Review A/E docs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
MS Project, Excel, Smartsheets, Procore, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite.
Architectural or Engineering degree preferred.
