🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of professional program or project management experience.
- 3+ years overseeing construction or interior buildouts.
- Strong knowledge of design and construction methods, MEP, cost estimation.
- Experience reviewing architectural/engineering docs and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Smartsheets, Procore, AutoCAD, or Adobe Suite.
- Architectural or Engineering degree preferred.
