Manage government-required personnel security onboarding for OpenAI Public Sector.
Conduct risk assessments and drive mitigation across facilities.
Liaise with government security reps to ensure clearances and facilities compliance.
Oversee insider threat and continuous evaluation program operations.
Lead accreditation activities with government agencies, design engineers, and contractors.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of industrial security experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
Expert knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, ICDs, and SAPs.
FSO, CSSO, or CPSO experience with DoD/IC customers.
Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
Preferred: AI/R&D background and advanced certs (ISP, CPP, SPeD).
