Proficiency with spray guns, high-reach equipment, and scaffolding.
Attention to detail; precise finishing and color blending.
Physical stamina; lift heavy materials, climb ladders, work at heights.
Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
Ability to work in fast-paced, hot environments.
