Serve as the site’s SME for the industrial hygiene program.
Serve as the SME for the ergonomic program.
Review on-site work processes to identify ergonomic stressors and implement solutions.
Develop and implement IH/ergonomic risk solutions.
Lead root cause investigations in the field.
Maintain IH programs and regulatory compliance (OSHA/NIOSH/ACGIH).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of IH experience with ergonomics focus.
Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred.
Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) preferred.
Experience applying safety regulations; space launch experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organization and communication.
