Serve as SME for industrial hygiene and ergonomics at Bastrop site
Conduct on-site reviews to identify ergonomic stressors and implement solutions
Develop and implement IH and ergonomic risk controls
Lead root cause investigations in IH/ergonomics
Develop and maintain IH programs (ergonomics, respirators, chemical hygiene, exposure control)
Collaborate on job hazard assessments with the EHS team

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
3+ years IH experience with ergonomics emphasis
CIH certification (preferred)
CPE certification (preferred)
Strong knowledge of IH and ergonomic job functions
Experience interpreting federal, state, and local safety regulations
