🎯 Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 3+ years in industrial engineering (5 preferred)
- 1 year of project management experience desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (10%+)
