- Perform weekly safety process walks and implement countermeasures for IE risks.
- Develop and optimize plant layouts and process flows, including packaging.
- Measure cycle times and headcount; balance production lines to meet schedules.
- Define and monitor cycle times; approve 'Need to Run' format monthly with the Engineering Site Lead.
- Lead cross-functional IE studies and develop standard work procedures.
- Support launches/new projects with IE deliverables and validation.
🎯 Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 3+ years industrial engineering experience (5 preferred); travel 10%+ required
- 1 year project management experience desirable
- Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills
- Effective communication and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
