Use VOC and on-site observations to improve robot efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement recommendations.
Design post-sales layout and tote design improvements.
Identify optimal layouts with customers to meet requirements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (Ops/Supply Chain/Lean).
3+ years in distribution/logistics operations (e-commerce/fulfillment/3PL).
3+ years data analytics experience.
Experience with automation/solution design (AMR, robotics, conveyors).
Advanced Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint proficiency.
AutoCAD experience for fulfillment centers/warehouses.
