  • Coordinate corrections for Integrator Program tooling and metrics
  • Assist Core Sales Team with admin tasks in HubSpot and project setup in Asana
  • Manage complex Core Sales Team meeting schedules; prepare agendas and notes
  • Prepare, format, and clean up Core Sales Team documentation
  • Assist with annual reviews by compiling performance data (KPI's)
  • Generate and deliver sales reports from CRM data for leadership review

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years in a general administrative role; sales admin preferred
  • Experience using a CRM platform; HubSpot preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain strong self-motivation
  • Highly organized and with strong attention to detail
