- Bachelors in Business/Engineering or 4 yrs exp
- 2-4 years in account management or channel sales
- Proven success growing channel partners to targets
- Strong relationships with execs, managers, engineers
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferred: familiarity with System Integrator ecosystem (SCADA, MES, IIoT)
- Experience with channel enablement programs (training, MDF, certifications)
- Background managing partner tiering or growth programs
