- Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of Vertex and related indirect tax systems.
- Maintain tax determination logic, product mappings, jurisdiction rules, and exemptions.
- Support indirect tax flows across checkout, billing, ERP, and financial reporting.
- Monitor tax engine performance and troubleshoot calculation or integration issues.
- Coordinate tax engine updates with internal teams and external vendors.
- Execute testing including regression, integration, and UAT for tax changes.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in indirect tax tech, tax engines, or ERP tax processes.
- Experience with Vertex or OneSource enterprise tax engines.
- Familiarity with indirect tax processes across billing, invoicing, ERP, and financial systems.
- Experience configuring tax systems, product mappings, taxability rules, and exemptions.
- Ability to troubleshoot system and tax calculation issues across platforms.
- Experience executing testing and supporting system implementations or enhancements.
