Develop and oversee integrated campaigns across public affairs, media, and digital
Manage and mentor staff; provide strategic direction and feedback
Draft high-level materials: strategy decks, plans, messaging, op-eds
Collaborate with management to inspire innovation and creativity
Help win new business by expanding relationships and networks

🎯 Requirements

At least 8 years in communications: PR agency or in-house for higher education, nonprofits, media
Strong news sense and relationships with key reporters covering top issues
Experience engaging with media for rapid response and long-lead stories
Strong written and oral communications; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing, prepping and staffing high-touch principals or leaders
Mentoring a diverse team to meet objectives

🎁 Benefits

Salary range: $130,000-$150,000
End-of-year bonuses based on performance
