We are seeking a highly driven

Enterprise Account Executive to lead and grow our business within the

BFSI sector in Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts by positioning Incorta as a strategic analytics partner for banks, financial institutions, and insurance organizations. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to deal closure—working closely with Presales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner teams to deliver value-driven solutions tailored to BFSI-specific use cases.

YOU WILL

  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle within the BFSI vertical (banks, financial institutions, insurance companies).
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to drive pipeline growth, revenue, and long-term customer value.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Analytics, and Business Leaders.
  • Drive Strategic Value:Leverage a deep understanding of critical BFSI challenges—such as regulatory reporting, risk management, fraud detection, financial performance analytics, and real-time decision-making—to position Incorta's Direct Data Platform™ as the indispensable solution that solves these issues.
  • Solution Alignment:Position Incorta’s analytics platform as a mission-critical solution aligned with complex BFSI data environments, including ERP and core banking systems, to deliver immediate, real-time insights.
  • Lead high-impact customer presentations, executive briefings, and product demonstrations in collaboration with Presales.
  • Work closely with system integrators, consulting partners, and cloud providers in the KSA market to drive joint opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive expansion, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing on industry-focused campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to Product and Leadership teams.
  • Lead high-impact customer presentations, executive briefings, and product demonstrations in collaboration with Presales.
  • Work closely with system integrators, consulting partners, and cloud providers in the KSA market to drive joint opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive expansion, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing on industry-focused campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to Product and Leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • YOU HAVE

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, data analytics, BI, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of selling to BFSI customers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with large deal sizes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data environments (ERP, data warehouses, analytics platforms).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel within KSA as required.
  • Preferred

  • PreferredExisting relationships within banks, financial institutions, or insurance companies in KSA.
  • Experience working with analytics platforms, data management solutions, or AI-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory and compliance environments impacting BFSI (e.g., SAMA).
