  • Own the Enforcement On-Call program end-to-end: rotations, coverage, and escalation paths
  • Establish and maintain on-call docs, runbooks, and SOPs for quick action
  • Triage tooling issues affecting on-call operations and drive resolution with engineering
  • Report inbound volume, response metrics, trends, and staffing for long-term investment
  • Serve as primary contact for enforcement escalations across Policy, Legal, Safeguards, and Product
  • Drive processes to align teams during fast-changing situations, incl. investigations

🎯 Requirements

  • Background in trust & safety operations, incident response, or related roles at a tech company
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs and serving as escalation point
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and communicate clearly in high-stakes moments
  • Experience coordinating with law enforcement, regulators, or external compliance stakeholders
  • Comfort making judgments with incomplete information and knowing when to escalate
  • Availability to support on-call and weekend coverage when assigned
