📋 Description

• Incident Commander: Act as primary escalation point for high-priority incidents; lead triage and containment.
• Drive Automation: Lead Security as Code by building tools (Python/Go) to automate monitoring.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with SRE/DevOps/Product to fix systemic vulnerabilities.
• Evangelize Security: Build security culture via training, docs, risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership: 2+ years leading security tech teams or mentorship.
• Deep Technical Roots: 7+ years IR in information security.
• Cloud Mastery: AWS, GCP or Azure expertise.
• IR Prowess: Experience prioritizing risk and lifecycle of incidents.
• Technical Breadth: Mastery in 5+ areas: EDR/XDR, IAM, SIEM, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Coding Proficiency: Python or Go to develop security tools.
• Communication: Translate complex risks to actionable business insights.
