π― Requirements
- 8+ years in Incident/Problem Management and IT Operations in fintech, banking, or trading.
- Proven Major Incident Manager/Incident Commander experience in high-severity events.
- Strong ITIL knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CM.
- Hands-on ITSM tools: ServiceNow, JSM, HPSM, CMDB.
- Experience in reporting and analytics: availability, SLA, RCA trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management under pressure.
