  • Lead IT Incident and Problem Management; act as Incident Commander for major outages.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Incident/Problem Management and IT Operations in fintech, banking, or trading.
  • Proven Major Incident Manager/Incident Commander experience in high-severity events.
  • Strong ITIL knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CM.
  • Hands-on ITSM tools: ServiceNow, JSM, HPSM, CMDB.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics: availability, SLA, RCA trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management under pressure.
