  • Lead and oversee 24/7 incident response in a SaaS environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; use JIRA, PagerDuty, AWS, New Relic, Teams to coordinate incidents.
  • Drive rapid incident resolution and guide RCA and post-incident docs.
  • Manage stakeholder communications with timely updates and resolution plans.
  • Track uptime metrics and report to internal and external audiences.
  • Lead post-mortems and create PIRs and RCA with root cause and preventive actions.

  • 5+ years of experience managing critical incidents in SaaS environments.
  • Cloud/AWS and DevOps practices knowledge.
  • Strong incident management experience and ability to lead teams.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and PagerDuty integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong English language communication and collaboration skills.
