- 5+ years of experience managing critical incidents in SaaS environments.
- Cloud/AWS and DevOps practices knowledge.
- Strong incident management experience and ability to lead teams.
- Familiarity with JIRA and PagerDuty integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure.
- Strong English language communication and collaboration skills.
