Incentive Operations Lead, AWS

📋 Description

• Build and manage the AWS incentive funding operating model.
• Design end-to-end funding workflows (intake, validation, routing, approvals).
• Define multi-path funding delivery: AWS reimbursements, partner payments, hybrid.
• Manage submission, validation, and reconciliation of claims with AWS.
• Establish auditable procurement, finance, and operational controls.
• Build tracking for incentive utilization, spend, forecasts, ROI, partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ops, finance ops, or partner programs.
• Experience with AWS incentive programs and SCAs.
• Reimbursement and partner payment workflow experience.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, controls, and compliance.
• Experience building dashboards or reporting tooling.
• Strong analytical skills with data forecasting and spend management.
