  • Be the face of Payoneer to support new SMB customers on onboarding.
  • Drive new accounts approvals and identify revenue with new customers at scale.
  • Build and maintain programmatic email cadences to schedule initial consultations.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer international AP/AR flows and promote Payoneer products.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to grow new business in key verticals.
  • Work with customer service for a frictionless onboarding experience.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Analytical skills โ€“ data reviews, pattern recognition, and routine results analysis
  • Superior organizational skills to stay on track to deliver against targets and deadlines
  • High attention to detail to fully understand customer needs
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed information about complex topics
  • 2-3+ years of experience engaging with B2B SMB sales/service experience is an advantage
