  • Advocate for Airwallex: Provide an end-to-end world-class experience and product expertise.
  • Identify Opportunities: Qualify prospects and map use cases to business needs.
  • Educate and Activate: Teach customers to leverage Airwallex products and drive adoption.
  • Champion Customer Needs: Be the voice of the customer within Airwallex.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to optimise lead flow and revenue.
  • Outbound Tactically: Identify high-potential prospects and generate leads to drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • Driven, resilient, and willing to put in the hard work needed to achieve KPIs.
  • Comfortable calling 40 leads a day, or more, to cover leads.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Experienced engaging with internal and external stakeholders succinctly and confidently.
  • Able to work at scale with many leads; strong prioritisation and time management.
  • 3+ years experience preferred, but open to driven candidates.
