  • Field inbound demos, trials, free accounts, and inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Run consultative, one-call-close demos for small opportunities.
  • Do targeted business discovery to understand goals, urgency, and fit.
  • Qualify in or out efficiently, guiding where to double-down or move on.
  • Own and manage a high-velocity pipeline to maximize new logo acquisition.
  • Drive new logo acquisition with exceptional customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal and customer service.
  • Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience; strong time management.
  • Transferable skills from sales, customer service, support, retail, or hospitality.
  • 6 months+ business development experience a plus.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and Google Suite/MS Office a plus.
