Role

We're seeking an elite Senior Influencer Strategist to lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring deep influencer marketing expertise and exceptional communication skills.

What you’ll do

• Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to client objectives

• Campaign Management: Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle from brief to results analysis

• Client Relations: Serve as primary strategic contact for US-based clients

• Team Collaboration: Work with sourcing teams and project managers to execute campaigns

• Performance Focus: Ensure campaigns deliver measurable results and ROI

• Influencer Selection: Guide influencer vetting and selection process (supported by sourcing team)

• Content Strategy: Define content approaches that align with brand objectives and convert

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years in influencer marketing strategy (agency background preferred)

• Deep understanding of influencer marketing performance metrics and best practices

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for US client interactions

• Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies from client briefs

• Proven track record of delivering successful influencer campaigns

• Strong understanding of D2C/B2C brand marketing (B2B experience welcome)
