The Paid Media Manager owns and oversees the execution of paid media campaigns across multiple channels — ensuring campaigns are strategically planned, launched, optimized, and scaled to deliver measurable performance. This role is both hands-on and analytical, while also driving team coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Working across client accounts such as YouTube, New Balance, Google, and Nordstrom, the Manager ensures delivery of impactful results. You’ll lead collaboration with Paid Media Specialists, Strategists, and Project Managers to bring B2C campaigns to life across platforms like Google, Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
Paid Media Campaign Execution
Lead the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, from planning and setup to optimization and reporting.
Own audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies to maximize performance and ROI.
Manage budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring spend efficiency and alignment with client objectives.
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and creative iteration.
Deliver campaigns that drive measurable outcomes such as awareness, traffic, installs, and conversions.
Platform & Channel Expertise
Oversee campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
Ensure platform best practices are applied consistently to drive maximum impact.
Stay ahead of industry updates, platform changes, and emerging trends to keep campaigns competitive.
Collaboration & Workflow Support
Partner with Creative teams to develop ad assets that align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with Strategists on campaign positioning and messaging to ensure brand consistency.
Work alongside Project Managers to maintain timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
Guide Paid Media Specialists on campaign execution, optimizations, and reporting best practices.
Documentation & Tracking
Maintain accurate documentation of campaign performance, budgets, creative testing, and optimizations.
Ensure real-time visibility of KPIs and results, proactively flagging risks or opportunities.
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements and future strategies.
Proven experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns for B2C brands.
Strong expertise with platforms like Google, Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
Experience in budget management and optimizing campaign spend for maximum return.
Demonstrated success in A/B testing, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with creative, strategy, and project management teams.
A mix of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to balance brand storytelling and performance goals.
