The Marketing Program Manager oversees complex client accounts with multiple SOWs, work streams, and deliverables. This role goes beyond traditional project management - driving strategic coordination, budget alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery across all client programs.
Manage multiple SOWs within large client accounts
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teams
Serve as the main point of contact for complex accounts
Source and manage external partners when needed
Track budgets, risks, and overall program performance
Support and guide Project Managers as needed
5+ years in Program, Account, or Project Management (marketing or agency experience preferred)
Proven success managing multi-layered client programs
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and delivery excellence
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.)
