About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Lead Performance Creative Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine creativity and data-driven decision-making to develop impactful ad scripts, perform competitor analysis, and conduct in-depth brand research. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to optimize advertising campaigns and ensure they resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Script Development

  • Write compelling, performance-driven ad scripts tailored for various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure scripts align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

  • Continuously test and iterate on ad scripts to improve performance metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI).

Competitor Research

  • Analyze competitor campaigns to identify trends, messaging, and creative strategies.

  • Develop actionable insights to enhance our creative assets and advertising strategies.

  • Maintain a competitor intelligence repository to inform future campaigns.

Brand Research

  • Conduct in-depth research on client brands to understand their target audience, voice, and unique value propositions.

  • Develop creative briefs and concepts that align with brand goals and objectives.

  • Ensure all creative outputs maintain consistency with the brand identity.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Use data from performance reports to refine creative strategies and ensure campaigns achieve KPIs.

  • Provide insights into creative performance trends and actionable recommendations for improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms and advertising best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in writing ad scripts and developing creative strategies, preferably in performance marketing.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with a knack for extracting actionable insights from data.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, and competitor analysis platforms.

  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
