Role

This is a full-time, remote-first leadership role with global reach. We’re hiring a Head of Performance Creative to own creative strategy, design, UGC, video, and media end to end and elevate how creative drives performance across our entire stack.

You’ll own: ideation, execution, measurement, iteration, & scale – and you’ll lead the team that does it.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full performance creative function

    Lead creative strategy, performance design, UGC, video, and paid media. Set the bar for taste, speed, and outcomes across every asset and every channel.

  • Manage and align senior leads

    Your direct reports include team leads across Creative Strategy, Design, Paid Media, Video, and UGC. You’ll unify direction, coach leadership skills, and ensure consistency across orgs.

  • Collaborate with Creator Ops

    You’ll work closely with Creator Operations and UGC production to ensure we’re sourcing and producing content that performs, without directly managing the team.

  • Own creative systems

    Build scalable frameworks for testing, iteration, learning, and creative development. Partner with Creative Ops and Dev Ops to turn strategy into systems.

  • Integrate AI into creative workflows

    Work with AI Ops to build automated creative strategy tools that support faster, smarter production while maintaining taste and brand integrity.

  • Own product innovation in creative formats

    If a new creative format is crushing, you’re the one who spots it, tests it, and operationalizes it across teams. You’re the bridge between creative instinct and scalable execution.

What we’re looking for

  • You think in systems and know how to build them without overcomplicating the work.

  • You’ve worked at the intersection of creative, paid media, and operations.

  • You’ve worked closely with specialists across strategy, design, video, UGC, and paid and know how to bring those voices into clear, aligned output.

  • You have strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for taste, and a bias toward testing, iteration, and results.

  • You’re an excellent communicator and copywriter.

  • You’re energized by data, creative & systems.

Must haves

  • You have led a performance creative team before

  • Experience managing senior leads across creative strategy, design, media, or video.

  • Strong portfolio of creative work that has driven results.

  • Deep understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and how creative impacts performance.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with ops, product, or technical teams.

  • Perfectly fluent written and spoken English.
