About the Role

InBeat is hiring a CPG Brand Video Editor to craft high-impact social video content for a major new CPG energy brand, backed by one of the world’s largest corporations. You will be fully dedicated to this flagship client, working directly with the Senior Social Media Content Strategist and the internal creative studio team.

Your role is to bring the brand to life through cutting-edge video editing: creating polished, platform-native video cuts designed for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. We’re looking for someone with high design taste who understands how to make consumer packaged goods feel premium, modern, and culturally relevant.

This is an exciting opportunity to set the visual standard for a brand from day one and help define how it shows up in the social landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce short-form social video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other channels.

  • Collaborate with the content strategist, motion designers, and graphic designers to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Apply high design taste and storytelling instincts to create videos that resonate with consumer audiences.

  • Adapt creative assets into platform-native formats, ensuring each cut feels natural to the channel.

  • Maintain consistency in brand look, feel, and voice across all video content.

  • Stay on top of emerging social video trends and proactively bring fresh ideas to the team.

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing consumer/CPG brand work.

  • Proven ability to create short-form, social-first video content that drives engagement.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.).

  • Strong sense of design, pacing, and storytelling within a social context.

  • Familiarity with platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

  • Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with CPG launches or consumer lifestyle brands.

  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.

  • Understanding of performance creative — editing with metrics and engagement in mind.
