🎯 Requirements

- Experience in retail field ops, merchandising, or auditing.
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools: Salesforce, Jira, Freshdesk; Asana.
- POS/cashier workflows; organized, detail-oriented; follow checklists and SOPs.
