In-Store Operations Analyst - Builders Program

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day offline execution across partner stores.
• Conduct store visits and audits; train cashiers on acceptance basics.
• Deploy and maintain in-store materials; capture insights to improve customer experience.
• Hands-on field role for fresh graduates or early-career operators.
• Cross-team coordination: share insights with Sales, Marketing, and Key Accounts; test improvements.
• Data and reporting: maintain visit logs, training attendance, audit scores, and ticket statuses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years experience in sales operations, in-store operations, and merchandising.
• Arabic and English communication; confident with store staff and supervisors.
• Experience in retail field ops, merchandising, or auditing.
• Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools: Salesforce, Jira, Freshdesk; Asana.
• POS/cashier workflows; organized, detail-oriented; follow checklists and SOPs.
