- Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams
- Implement behavior therapy techniques with teachers to support students
- Document interventions and progress toward goals

- Provide training and assistance to help the student acquire and maintain skills
🎯 Requirements
- RBT certified or pursuing (paid by BAYADA)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 48 credits incl Math100/Eng100, or ParaPro
