In-School RBT - Registered Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams; respect families
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
• Provide training and instruction to help the student acquire and maintain skills

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) certified or pursuing certification (paid by BAYADA)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 credits including Math 100 & English 100 OR ParaPro Praxis (assistance available)
