🎯 Requirements
- Indiana licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist.
- 2+ years post-licensure experience with adults.
- Experience with healthcare professionals/first responders.
- Availability at least 10-15 hours/week.
- Comfort delivering therapy via video, using EHRs, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to use assessment tools (PHQ-9) to monitor progress.
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman.
