In-house Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Manage legal risk across business areas and contract negotiations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Support bids and tenders; ensure compliance within offerings.
• Advise on disputes, settlements, and litigation; monitor regulatory changes.
• Improve contract templates, workflows, and document management.
• Train employees on legal issues, data protection, and ethics.

🎯 Requirements

• UK Qualified lawyer - 2-5 years PQE.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, creating and managing contracts with customers and partners.
• Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, sales-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills; ability to simplify legal information.
• High integrity, autonomy and responsibility; prioritization under deadlines.
• GDPR and data privacy familiarity; regulatory compliance.
• Public sector contract and framework experience would be an advantage.
