Follow RN-written care plan to provide personal care, household support, and companionship.
Assist with activities of daily living to keep adults safe and independent.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep as needed.
Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Support with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
