• Oversee ABA therapy and guide Behavior Technicians
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians for client outcomes
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans
• Engage parents with monthly parent training
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and teams

🎯 Requirements

• BCBA license and in-home, in-person work
• Clinical leadership and mentorship experience
• Proficient in assent-based ABA principles
• Data-driven decisions and data collection skills
• Strong collaboration with families and clinical team
• Excellent communication and coordination
