Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions
Deliver in-home ABA therapy in the natural environment

🎯 Requirements

BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Experience supervising Behavior Technicians
Proficiency with data collection and analysis
In-home ABA therapy experience preferred
Strong collaboration with families and clinical leads
Excellent communication and mentorship skills
