Principle Responsibilities And Duties

• Art Direction through all phases. New business, pitching, ramp-up and delivery
• Communicate conceptual ideas in an effective manner. Translating big ideas into effective strategies for patient, caregiver and HCP audiences
• Establish and maintain rapport and build relationships with cross functional partners
• Responsible for leading the team from inception to final product and ensures quality of content and style to meet the clients marketing strategies and objectives
• Exemplify the values of imre and contribute to the overall culture of the agency.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required

• BA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design or a related role
• A portfolio of healthcare work that disrupts the status quo
• A deep understanding of the different approaches to marketing to patients vs. HCPs
• An ability to organize and write compelling verbal presentations accompanied with high-impact visuals
• Experience presenting concepts, messaging, ads, etc, alongside client to MLR teams
