📋 Description

• Own the Journey: onboardings and expansions end-to-end in a Pod; coordinate with Engagement Managers.
• Leverage AI Innovation: Use Config Newton to automate tasks and design high-value solutions.
• Strategic Problem Solving: proactively solve upstream problems to prevent churn.
• Compress Timelines: reduce implementation timelines through efficiency and AI.
• Consultative Advisory: act as a trusted advisor with listening and curiosity to understand problems.
• Effective Application Design: design and build "sticky" Risk Cloud apps that drive long-term adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• The Hustle Factor: scrappy, proactive, fast-paced; willing to take risks with minimal supervision.
• Experience: 4+ years in software implementations, consulting, or project management.
• GRC Expertise: 2+ years in the GRC industry or related fields.
• AI-First Mindset: interest in AI; can ask 'Can AI help?'; experience with Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT preferred.
• Strategic Breadth: manage multiple large projects with executive-level stakeholders.
• Bias for Action: a doer who thrives on the unachievable in a high-performing culture.
