Implementations Senior Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple client implementations using structured methodologies
• Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations across teams
• Coordinate deliverables and communicate next steps to clients and internal teams
• Provide timely status reporting and lead status meetings
• Escalate barriers; partner with Client Support to resolve issues
• Lead process improvements and change management for repeatable implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in implementation or client onboarding
• Knowledge of project lifecycle and PM principles
• PM tools experience (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; payment industry familiarity preferred
