  • Establish and enable implementation best practices to ensure consistent, efficient execution across teams.
  • Formulate and maintain plans, policies, and docs for onboarding and product adoption.
  • Train teams on process changes and SOP updates, driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create and maintain standard onboarding processes for new hires and staff.
  • Develop and implement operational transformation solutions to support objectives.
  • Set direction for product, compliance, and operational rollout policies.
  • Report on KPIs and metrics.
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in client-facing onboarding using proven implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with Project Management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).
  • Proven success leading multiple cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to build trust with clients and partners.
