📋 Description

• Establish and enable implementation best practices across teams.
• Lead onboarding experiences and scalable product adoption.
• Train teams on process changes and SOP updates.
• Create standard onboarding processes for hires and talent.
• Develop operational transformation to support objectives.
• Set direction for product, compliance, and operational rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing onboarding with implementation methodologies.
• Experience with Smartsheet and MS Project.
• Proven success leading multiple cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and client/partner relationship skills.
• Ability to report on KPIs and metrics.
