Implementations Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and enable implementation best practices for white-glove client work.
• Formulate long- and short-range plans, policies, and onboarding docs for scale.
• Train teams on process changes, SOP updates, and product enhancements.
• Create and maintain standard onboarding processes for new hires and staff.
• Develop and implement operational transformation solutions.
• Set direction for product, compliance, and operational rollout policies.
• Report on relevant KPIs and metrics.
• Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing onboarding using proven implementations.
• Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Proven success leading multiple cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and writing; ability to build trust with clients.
