Manage all aspects of PrivacyPro implementation projects and timelines.
Act as primary client contact, including weekly check-ins.
Manage multiple implementations across customers.
Advise on configuration practices based on workflows and processes.
Liaise between client IT and internal Data Analysts, Product and Dev teams for configuration.
Maintain up-to-date project plans and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years professional, client-facing; healthcare a plus
2+ years project management in SaaS implementations
Experience with mid-long term projects (60-120 days)
Hands-on with JIRA, Excel, G Suite, and Salesforce
SQL queries/reports for EPIC, Cerner, Omnicell, Pyxis a plus
